I wouldn't necessarily say more nude; the Viva Glam II had a little more pink, which (in my mind) makes it more wearable. The Blankety was lovely, but looked kind of blah on me; I will probably end up buying Blankety at some point but the Viva Glam II was just what I was looking for.

Has anybody tried Touche éclat on the lips, it looks fantastic! The texture doesn`t dry the lips, it gives them a slight pink!
Unfortunatley, it doesnt`look that good on me, because I`m quite pale and have black eyes, so it looks if I were sick!

This post reminds me of one of my favorite lipsticks ever that I bought when I was about 13 years old; it was Hard Candy Piglet. That was the best nude lipstick ever.

This look just doesnt work for me , I look like a pale ghost and very bad with nude lips .I need colour.

I think that Viva Glam II will be my next purchase. I having been using Hug Me by MAC for a while and love it as a nude but it's time for a change.

i just bought the MAC blankety(cost me $18.10CANw/tax) and so far im satsifed with the colour but the colour droops down and creates lines if that makes sense.

any advice to keep the colour on?

p.s. i put vaseline prior to application.

^If that's happening (and I understand you correctly ) I wouldn't use vaseline beforehand. My guess the lipstick needs something to stick to....how about this from Mac?

A colour-free base to wear under lipstick. Adds light moisture, smoothes and refines the lips. Improves the appearance of applied lip products.

So that would give you soft lips but also hold the colour of your lipstick

Has anyone tried Guerlain KissKiss Maxi Shine in Rosa Shine? Hilary Swank is wearing it on the cover of W and it looks like a great nude shade!
