I don't like this cover and NC's insane model obsession is putting me off buying. But still, hope the content inside is an upgrade.

Yes , I can't agree more with you, there're so many good Chinese models to choose I don't know why Numéro would stick with the same one over and over again , come on, give Sui He , Shu Pei ,Ming Xi , Fei Fei and whoever a chance!

BTW, it's said that Liu Wen could not appear in this magazine because her agency wouldn't want her to

Thank you very much for posting all these, as always, Mat!

As expected I don't like one bit of Huang Xiao Meng's ed. The awful hair is enough to turn me off, the model literally has kept the same facial expression through and through this mega editorial, and the tedious styling doesn't help either. The other three editorials actually look quite nice, typical Numero China work which can be rightly distinguished from Numero France's or Tokyo's ones and I like that. Franzi Müller's ed in particular, quite a few shots from this editorial would've made a much more striking cover. So it still baffles me why they insisted on putting Huang on the cover continuously while having all other original stuff at hand to choose from.

I get why some people would like it, but as much as I love Numero China, this issue is a little too edgy for me.
