I recently got this owl trick from Old Navy. I can't decide if I should leave it as is and put it on a handbag or try and remove the hardware and use it on a necklace...

Thanks for the input Tinetush and clavida. I decided it was going to be too lob-sided as a pendant so will leave it as a bag charm.

^ aww sweet! I found some little owl sculptures today, at the top of a doorway on a street near me...I'll try and get a picture of it sometime...it's very random.

I have a similar owl keyring from old navy that I got last summer...I just put it on my messenger bag that I always carry, and it's become something of a signature for me now. people always notice it (because owls are cool).

I'm going to Japan next month so I really hope Tsumori Chisato still has owl stuff about, I bought a load of his/her (?) accessories last time (no owls then though!).

great thread. I was totally inspired to surf the web for some fantastic owl pics and make some stuff. i'm thinking screen printed skirt and bag. Now i need to find a good deal on a skirt and a bag. hahaha.
