I fell upon Paolo Roversi while searching for Audrey pics and instantly fell in love with his work. It's edgy, warming and makes me a fan out of models I wouldn't have looked twice at. One in particular is Devon Aoki. He's shot campaigns for designers such as Cerruti, Krizia, Alberta Ferretti, and Christian Lacroix.

I think this is a newer one. The colours here could so easily translate into a painting.

purple...this photo is actually by peter lindbergh...another of my favorites...

thanks for starting this thread...paolo roversi took some years off to concentrate on his art and luckily for us...has come back to fashion since the nineties...he truly is an artist and his work is very painterly...and romantic... he is responsible for all the alberta ferretti ads for several years now as well as most of the armani campaigns...
