Valentino commented that she is ugly and doesn't like her. This was when she was dating Paris Latsis because he is friends with the Latsis family.

Karl Lagerfeld likes the Hilton family and there are pictures of them hanging out.

I've never seen Margarita Missoni and Paris Hilton hanging out together and communicating in the media. (ie. pictures, video).
