    Stunning.

This woman is truly an amazing entity. She is inspirational. She is able to refocus and revision her application depending on the collection, seamlessly. Her cheery manor is quite delightful and down right lovable. She really has reinvented makeup and is unabashedly my favorite makeup l'artiste. One can only wait to be graced with her presence and knowledge. Beauty and Glamour is alive once again.

Thank you for that JR1. It is always lovely to see Miss Pat and listen to her work process and how the wonderful creations come about.

I loved the make-up Pat did for Gucci F/W 2004, just stunning

If only I could re-create the look myself, but I suppose it would never look anything like Pat's  :p

“Today at Valentino were doing a strong red lip, a little bit deeper than the usual and were doing a deep black under the eye in a wing. Mr. Valentino really wanted the girl’s eyes to be in a wing, so it’s a little bit of a factory girl also because you know; we also have Prince from Baskiat so it’s a little bit of a modern take of a Valentino factory girl.”

She probably hates makeup on herself....too time consuming and she puts makeup on other people so often that when it comes to her...it's like....whatev! I can understand how she feels....but she should wear a little 'something' on her face. I think it's a bit more professional looking. :)

I think that 'no makeup' look, is apart of Pats character. I think if she bothered and fussed with false lashes and lip gloss and bronzer and all, it would simply take away from that persona, that bubbly artist that is Pat McGrath. Im quite sure however, that in her leisure, she does indulge in a bit of makeup application when necessary.

i've always felt pat mcgrath herself is a good representation of her 'work', she alway look radiant. and judging by that, she probably feels more in her own plate when she's asked to invent very natural looks.:flower:

oh my goodness, her work is breathtaking!! Some of it looks like the model's face should be put in a frame and in a museum forever (in a good way!) and others are so so natural. This woman does much more than finding the perfect foundation...simply amazing. What company is she with? mac?
