Sorry but I find these very cheap and tacky looking, personally ... I think skulls were a (thankfully) quick-to-pass trend.

But anyway, to each her own ...

I found a satin mule version for your on net-a-porter
Ballet flat version at Coco Ribbon
and various versions (pointy toe pump, flats, etc.) here

Actually they are made very well, the quality is great! I agree with the "whole" skull thing when it's cheap (most of it is) but not when it's made and/or incorporated the right way. I dont think I would ever just go out looking for a skull "something" these just really catch your eye!
Thanks for the links, I just can't find the pointed toe ones anywhere.I need flats too.
