i have stumbled across a few of his interviews and he seems to definately project that 'lord bryonic' image, as defined by the press. he comes across to be very soulful and eloquent, if not a tinge unhinged. i assumed females DID fall for the deeply romantic, artistic type w/ a streak of rebellion?

Van Outen, who enjoyed a high profile relationship with JAMIROQUAI singer JAY KAY, is aghast that supermodel Moss allowed a self-confessed drug addict near her three-year-old daughter LILA - and she has also questioned his personal hygiene.

Van Outen said during yesterday's (25JUL05) THIS MORNING show on UK network ITV1, "I wouldn't go near him. Why would you want this man near your child? He needs a good wash."

British tabs reported yesterday that Moss dumped Doherty after the rocker took part in a London street brawl over the weekend. Moss' rep tells us that she and Doherty are still knotted and that she and Knoxville are knot.

Pete Arrested AGAIN

SMACKHEAD rocker Pete Doherty was arrested yesterday following an unprovoked attack on a Daily Mirror reporter.

The ex-lover of supermodel Kate Moss was released on bail until next month. Journalist Laurie Hanna, 24, needed hospital treatment for eye injuries after the Babyshambles singer's alleged assault in a pub last week.

Doherty arrived by appointment at a police station in Tottenham, North London with his lawyer.

He was wearing a scruffy blazer with nothing underneath and flicked a V-sign at waiting photographers.

LIAM GALLAGHER has revealed that PETE DOHERTY has blown his chances of supporting OASIS after failing to turn up to one of their gigs.
Doherty failed to show up to a recent gig at Southampton where he was due to support them with Babyshambles.

Doherty claimed he was unable to return from France in time after attending fashion designer Hedi Slimane’s birthday. Oasis subsequently replaced Babyshambles’ for their planned second support slot at Milton Keynes with The Zutons.

Speaking to Spanish newspaper El Mundo, Liam said: “That’s where the relationship ended. What we’re not going to do is give him a second chance.

“It’s not a question of professionalism. It’s much more simple than that. This is the greatest group in the world and what we’re not going to do is let anyone, Pete Doherty, Liam Gallagher or Elvis, f*ck it all up.”

I love the way you all act like you know Kate Moss and talk about how lovely she is and about how bad Peter is for her. But you don't know her or Peter, and Peter is actually a very caring and loving person. If any of you actually ever saw the Libertines or Babyshambles perform, you would also see the love Pete has for his band members and his fans. He is a genuine artist which is more than you can say for most 'rockstars' these days. As for the 'male prostituion' SO WHAT!!
Pete has done wrong in his life, as has Kate, and I don't think any of us can judge them as a couple. So what if Kate is one of the most beautiful woman (in your opnion) Peter is also a beautiful man, minus the drugs, and if everyone has given up on him already, then how do you expect him to get any better ?!?

I think that before you hate Peter, maybe you should read what he has to say and see him perform and then have an opinion, otherwise you are only seeing Kates side of the story which is never fair. Kate loves him, and if you all love Kate, then you should stop talking about how useless and ugly he is, and actually TRY and see his good sides.

You just contradicted yourself! How do you know pete is a very loving caring person, and yet we can't judge him for ourselfs?

I base my opinions of pete on the fact he's a hard drug addict, has a criminal record, assults reporters, has a highly sketchy sexual past, and looks like he is close to dropping dead from heart failure. I sure as hell would never let someone like that even in my house. I just can't see someone who punches anyone in the face as a 'caring' 'loving' person, I can't imagine any of my friends doing that

I have no wish to try and see his good sides - if deep down he loves his kid or something... everyone has a good side, just most people's good side tends to out shine their bad side, so you don't have to 'look for it'.

It's no longer an issue anyway since Kate and Pete are no longer an item.

Each to their own, I'll never like him. I'm not biased by a love of kate, I think she's ok but I'm not big fan. *shrugs*
