i love this. its a very mature progression for him,quite honestly. and i love that he's evolving without losing his spirit. my favourite stuff is the rounded cuts and the bauble details....beautiful.

that's my favourite piece as well. i think chris de vos his partner did those embellishments as that's very much his style.

FYI. Peter Pilotto isn't designed by ONE person there are two people behind the label Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos (I'm sure they called the label Peter Pilotto because he hasa cooler name). Pilotto focuses mainly on the textiles and the print of the fabrics and De Vos is in charge of the structural elements behind the clothes.

BTW the new collection is TO DIE FOR, their inspiration was minirilisation and astrology or something. The prints and the structure of the dresses is really out of this world! I'm glad that there are so many PP lovers here! xxx

i think i made that reference. i know chris is the other half. as for the name,you also have to remember when peter started the label,out of college,chris had another year left...in 2005 whereas peter in 2004. i think they only decided to get together after peter's second season.

but those embellishments remind me so much of the stuff chris did in his graduation collection.
