I don't find them that over-photoshopped, seems to be more a case of great lighting, combined with the fact that his hair looks better shorter and blonder like that. His face looks very much the same as he does in the video and in his other work.

To me he looks like another person. It's not just the hair, it's also the eyes, but that is a common thing. Eyes glowing out the photographs and then just wait until the polas show the real thing.
