I love this band. Sufer Rosa hands down has to be one of the best cds ever to come out! it's just pure genius. But I still can't believe I missed out their concert two years ago! I will never forgive myself!

I'm not comparing Interpol or Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds with the Pixies through more than a mood I've heard them share, which lies somewhere between amorous and utterly bleak. Hey is, of course, one of my favorites.

I love the Pixies!!!! One of my all time favorites! I never noticed there was no thread for them though I have seen them twice in the last 3 years, they are amazing, I don't understand why the shock about how they really look, this is an old band we are talking about, back in the 80's, this type of music was not meant for people into fashion and looks it was more of an underground type of style, the I don't give a F%$# what anybody thinks of me way.
