Playing dress up!

It was rainy and nasty and cold Friday night, so I ended up wearing a black wool Armani suit.

My husband wore a black suit as well.

As did the couple in the seats next to us!

So my husband remarked to them, "I see you got the black suit memo."

A few seats down from us, there was a woman wearing khaki pant and a FLEECE top. Old, pilly fleece, no less. Ah, Seattle...

That's funny!

I like dressing up and making silly poses...so this is what happens when I am left alone for too long It's a shirtdress from H&M and purse I found in a thrift shop for about 5 euros...

Susie, matching outfits to playlists - what an interesting concept! I have never thought like that, I should consider it and see what I come up with!

Bear in mind that I didn't ACTUALLY wear these outfits outside or anything so I'm really THAT brave. They were taken for my style blog.

I get my outfits from a variety of places - I travel a lot for work and for fun, so I pick up things like that. eBay is incredibly good for finding different things. I go to Topshop like any other London girl! I also tend to like shopping at smaller boutiques in London like The Dispensary, No-One, Start, Public Beware. I also go to sample sales whenever I can! THe DSUK, and DWS ones are pretty good for finding labels that are more underground.

Played around with some dresses...

Vintage one, I've never worn it as I didn't really like the fit, but when I added this belt it kinda looked good, I think. Tried to make it a little less "cute" with the black necklace and the patent shoes and belt.

Very oversized top from H&M, was oh so happy when I found it, 70% off

My favorite dress for this upcoming season; purple wrapdress, the type of dress which flatters me the most

I really like these shoes, they are very comfortable, so from now I have no excuse for not wearing heels...

i had the biggest urge to dress up since i was feeling abit sad so i thought i'd throw on some adam ant drag out the clothes i dont wear anymore and throw them on and share

and ignore the knobbly knees i have in the pic with the blue dress they've always been like that
