Playing dress up!

^ I'm here; haven't had time to play dress up till tonight, when I decided to pull out all of my old vintage coats and try them on.

here are a couple eek they're sort of swallowing me; they're both a bit big. they are also are extremely heavy; the plastic hangers they've been hanging on have started to 'droop'! I need to get some wooden hangers because I'm thinking this can't be good for the coats.

the black one I think is cashmere...middle 60's I guess. the red one is gabardine, from approximately the same time. I am pretty sure they are both custom made, and are the same measurements, so I think they might have come from the same owner.

I love this thread. You'd think it'd be one of the most popular threads at TFS, along with "What Are You Wearing Today". I don't understand how the most interactive fashion-oriented threads don't get more action. I guess a lot of people are afraid to post pics and all that...
