chanel- the shoes are actually espadrille slingbacks which i got really inexpensively at target last year......
i think they were about $20...
but i thought they were a great alternative to my chloe wedges in case i wanted to go a bit more casual and i really liked the peep toe...

Going to a party tonight BUT...there's several inches of snow on the ground...the temperature's quite a bit below freezing...and I think I'm getting a cold . So I've been playing dress up to try and find something warm, yet vaguely festive...as it is a Christmas party.

hebden those are all so cute! i think #2 is especially festive, that's a really fun dress.

i remember going to a christmas party in chicago when it was -10F. and i'd just come from california, so it was almost a mind-altering experience, that cold. i survived by layering my dress over some velvet pants with two pair of tights underneath. and a big fur trapper hat. brrr.... but i'd say layers are the way to go!
