crazy k that is so wonderful.

Have to say it people, I've been seeing these pompoms everywhere. They're even selling pompom scarves in all sorts of colour, on the street. I was so tempted to buy...they're surprisingly beautiful for stock that doesn't come with a roof over it's head.

Yeah, it's elastic. I made it in, like, thirty seconds so not much thought went in to it. The necklace is a little nicer and took a little bit longer to make. I can't locate it right now, but I'll take a picture when I do.

I purchased my pompoms from a craft store awhile back. This was before the whole pompom craze. I never thought about making my own until now. I think I'm much too impatient.

Thanks, I asked about the nylon but all they had was the velvet. They had them in red, purple(?) and another color that I can't recall at the moment. I want to say green, but I think she said they didn't have that color. I also have the smaller version.

I made a couple of pom pom "wrap bracelets" for a sweater with too long sleeves..I'm not completely satisfied with how it looks..maybe its because they are grey and dull..

^ Hanne, I really like those! How did you make them...are they just attatched to a ribbon? [size=-1] Probably a [/size]facile question, but I've been to lazy to buy yarn, and have never made a pom-pom before.

I like the idea of tying them around one's wrist, and I like the grey as well. I think it looks nice, great job!

Ty ty..I did make them myself they are about 7/8 of an inch in diameter..and take no time because they are so small..but I've seen similar small pom poms in stores..not made of yarn..but resembling them so if you can't be bothered you should be able to buy them. I just tied them to satin ribbon and volia!
