I showed my mum the picture of the yohji coat with the red pom pom & she is now going to put a red mohair pompom I made on a black coat of hers! How did you fasten it on? Can't remember if I asked that before....

i fastened with a couple of tiny quick stitches in the colour of the coat...you can't even see them... and it took two seconds...

Watching the dog show yesterday there were 2 poodles in the final Best in Show part that made me think of this thread....
Was at a friends the other night and her cats have all these rabbit fur pom pom toys. I was thinking that you could get them for super cheap at the pet store and pin/stitch them onto clothing. Or figure out a way to clip them to shoes much like the YSL ones Soft posted.

I tried to do one but they kept falling apart..they were awful anyway, I saw the one you made and it has nothing to do with mine

they're attached through a ..ribbon? apparently.

hmm..i don't know what the material is called in english *thinks* I'm unsure about the translation but it feels like this one should:

it's funny you should say that ...i saw a pompon maker...and it definitely says pompon....
