First a dog, kangaroo, now a kitten....it's getting a bit cliched now. And Prada doesn't help. The shot looks so hollow, and Edita looks more languished than seductive. This is more global Vogue than Porter.

Why not use any of Winona's shoot for The Edit for the cover instead????

Oh. I'm quite disappointed actually. I've come to expect so much from Porter that this feels rather lack luster.

What a let down! Last year their Fall issue was my favorite of any magazines, so i hope the content makes up for such an empty cover. This is too bare, Edita can do so much better, but i do like the kitten.

It's a rather lazy cover, I really expected more.

The Prada outfit is very predictable though considering they just started selling on Net-a-porter; it wouldn't surprise me if landing this Porter cover was in the contract.

It appears Porter is trying to forge its own identity with the pretty girl/cute animal combo but yes, at this point, I'm ready for something totally surprising and new on their cover. That said, it IS cute and pretty. But that's all. Looking forward to their usually appealing content.

So weird...all the elements are here for a successful cover, but the studio set-up/lighting ruins this. Had this been shot in open-light/typical Weber Florida style it would've been a killer.

Both names made me excited but it turned out disappointing. Edita's expression is a bit off and the kitten is cute but does nothing here. And the styling doesn't go with all this.
