Laugh at me all you want but I have a question

I bought a loose powdered bronzer but I dont know how/where to apply it. I know that it goes on my face but what parts should I brush it on.

I've tried my cheeks but I end up looking dirty, and it looks weird on my forehead.

Any suggestions as to how I could apply it without it being TOO noticable?

do you have a big, fluffy brush? use that to dust it where you get sun naturally-tops of cheekbones, temples, hairline, lightly on bridge of the nose and chin.

    Thanks :flower:

I think that I need a bigger fluffier brush because when I put it on my face with my smaller brush I llok like a dirty bum

yup. you need a big fluffy face brush. :)
& make sure when you've got the bronzer on the brush you tap it so you just get the tiniest amount of powder

THank god for powder bronzer, otherwise my face would be looking like a mask, in comparison on how dark my neck gets...cause of my acne medication, my face is lighter than my skin on my body, so, I have to even everything out...like Terry said, use a big brush...I use Terracotta by Guerlain, or Terra Bella by Dior... they're awesome.. ;)

I love bronzers, but I always end up looking orange. It's a rarity that I'll find one that works and doesn't make me look dirty or orange.

If your bronzer makes you look dirty, the color is probably too dark. With bronzer you are to go about two shades darker than your skin color to avoid that dirty look. This way it looks natural. ;)

I agree... don't get a really deep one, thinking that you will look tan, you will get that dirty look...and it wont match your skin on your body, if you either take pics or go on sunlight... what you can do, is get a lighter tone, I suggest you either Laguna or Casino from Nars, both, are sheer, and soft... ;)

get your hands on Trish McEvoy's #48 Highlighting/Blending brush.. I find it is excellent to use with a loose powder bronzer (i use shu uemura lustre bronze powder). I lightly dust it from my apples to temples, then a light dusting down my tzone and i'm set

Ok I think I got the hang of it. My original problem was the brush, I needed a bigger puffier one. Now it goes on a lot more evenly

Thank you all for your advice it is greatly appreciated :flower:
