At least you can sort of tell that it's a Prabal Gurung collection by looking at it, so there's one compliment. I do like the black suit with white lapels and red cuffs, I think it's the single standout piece in the collection. Some of the sequined pieces are also nice, but that's probably because of the effect of the sequins and not the actual design. The rest is usual, heavy Gurung.

It's definitely overstyled, but there are many beautiful, covetable pieces in here. Love the sequins and the draped looks.

So far this is one of the few NYFW shows that I liked. It's definitely overstyled but I think it adds, rather than distract, to the pieces so I'm OK with it.
