PRADA watches

anyone seen these? I'm trying to find a site that is selling them or a listing of the different bands, etc...any ideas

can't find them on saks, NM...

I did try ebay. There are currently 2. One that I would question it's authenticity and another that I'm not sure about spending 1200 for a watch off ebay, since I wouldn't have receipts, etc. Thanks.

here's a pic of the prada watches from style.com...i know the bands come in leather and alligator, and they start at $895. I believe the watches are only available at select prada stores (flagship locations...they don't have them at the san francisco store); you might have to call l.a. or nyc...

I think those watches are atrocious. They look ultra cheap (like most Prada) and just plain. The green and black combination is alright but I can't get over the ancient shape and cheap bakelite material.

If you like them though, enjoy yourself.

There were a couple threads on these already. They range from like $900 to $1200, and you can only get them at Prada boutiques (I think? maybe Barney's or Bergdorf's has them as well, but I doubt it). I personally think they are very cute, but they are real fashion watches, not classic in any way, and I doubt that the quality is great. What does Prada know about watches? Unless they outsource it, which would make sense.

sorry 'bout that. did a search but came up with no matches. weird. anyway, $895??!! I assumed they'd be like $500. I saw one in green (just on the model) and another in burgundy/black at Neimans but they were literally gone in a few hours.

I have a Diesel watch with the same shape and bandwidth....it's a lot nicer and much less expensive.

Of course Prada outsources their watches. But so does most fashionable houses, Dior, Armani, Gucci, LV... even the mechanism from Cartier comes from Longines (that is, when watches are mechanic, though most are quartz).
