Does anyone knw which dress was designed by Nick for Nancy O'dell?

Hmm...both of them look like they could be Nick's style. I'm going to go with the blue fishtail one, though

I think USA looked good on tv tonight....Puerto Rico's dress looked like a sl*tty drag queen gown...eew

I didnt like it either. And I saw some parts where the "chain mail" bits were kind of falling off. I didnt like her hair and makeup either. She looked like a stripper.


I LOVE that USA wore the dress, and didnt change anything about it. Like when Nancy ODell was on Season One and she chose Wendy Pepper's outfit. When they actually showed the outfit when she wore it, it looked NOTHING like the original that Wendy had made. (Which was awful)

You've got to be kidding me, P. Rico's dress was knockout! Miss USA needed to weight it to keep the front of her dress a little flatter. Otherwise, it looked pretty good.

Ha! Ha! You were reading my mind! However, I don't think Miss USA "worked" her dress the way she said she would. I thought she was not very comfortable posing tho I couldn't imagine why. She is no stranger to doing this. I haven't seen one of these BP's in a long time. Plastic surgery is certainly a growth industry judging by these girls. Was there one girl untouched by the knife? They all looked like fashion models. I think Laura's white dress would have been just fine for this event.

I have to say that I agree with the comments made on puerto rico's dres i mean seriously she did looked like a stripper and also she wasnt pretty either i think MEXICO and JAPAN and TOBAGO&TRINIDAD should have been the top 3 and ofcourse my vote goes for mexico she is very pretty and her dress was hot too.. according to USA i did like that she wore kayne's dress i agree with the fact that it didnt fit her well in the wais but it was beutiful though.

^ OMG, I completely agree with you. I def' thought that Ms. Trinidad should have made it to the top five. She was gorgeous and the dress that she choose really worked will with her Skin tone. I also thought that PR was not very cute and Japan should have won.

I just read on popsugar.com that apparently Puerto Rico passed out after the show. It mentioned that the dress was "very heavy" haha.

^ i heard about that. that dress was beyond reason. it was heavy, it was tight japan should have won in my opinion. she has such a beautiful bone struture and is quite smart and lively. oh well. miss usa was blah. if it weren't for the dress which we all know came from the show, i wouldn't be interested looking at her. miss japan's dress reminded me of a dolce and gabbana with the panels, the cut, the fabric and the structure. quite a surprising minimalist turn for her since japan's really known for flamboyant, bold fashion

I think Japan should have won. I did not like Puerto Rico at all, whoever said she looked like a hooker in her evening dress hit the nail on the head. I just kept thinking to myself "What the heck was she thinking?!?!"
But look at us, this thread has turned into the Miss Universe thread instead of the Project Runway Thread! Haha.

To be honest, i didn't like tara's gown last night. She looked like a wedding cake figure... i still think she should have worn Uli's or Laura's. Oh well.

As for Miss Puerto Rico... seriously i thought it was the worst gown of the bunch, i thought ' hmmm so that's how michael jackson would look if he was tanned and in drag'

oh well, loved miss Japan's gown and miss Colombia's as well. And of course giving it up for my miss mexico ( although, can her hair get any bigger? )

I loved the dress on Tara last night. I only wish she would have NOT worn those HUGE earrings and put her hair up. I dunno, I guess I felt her hair looked too "casual" with that beautiful dress. I'm so proud of Kayne! It must have been WAY awesome for him to see her wear it! Awww... *sigh*
