OMG :shock::shock::shock:

Is it wrong that I'm glad I don't like Sprite?

hahah that commercial is so raunchy I don't see how Sprite thought they'd ever be allowed to air that.. I find it more hilarious than disgusting haha

AWFUL. I don't think you can use that sort of advertisement to sell anything. Well, some things, but not soft drinks. :judge:

I think (for some folks) the fact the woman is white and the man is black adds more disturbance to the commercial then usual.

^ thats not what it is for me at all.
its what shes doing and what the sprite is really replacing is what disturbs me

Some people will notice the colour difference, agreed. But I did not. But now that it has been mentioned, I can see how that could be a factor.

perez, its about that commercial.

We knew it! There was no way this commercial was real!

John Jones IV, the young man featured in the funny and filthy spoof, confirms it was a "spec" commercial produced by Greencard Pictures in Brooklyn (Not Germany!).

He claims that the piece was never suppose to air, although we bet now they are pretty happy about it, considering the exposure they're getting. And according to Jones, that is the idea: "These kinds are really in-your-face. The controversy is it’s the fact that she’s a white girl blowing me and I’m black. That role reversal freaks people out.”

Yeah it does! Let's see what else you guys got!

^i am still spinning with laughter.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

like, my first thoughts were "they let kids watch this in germany?!"

^ ewww the pig

racist ad

The copy reads:

"***** sent dis ovah"

Jell-O is known to all sections as "America's Most Famous Dessert." In the South, for instance, it is inexpensive enough to be found in the cabins of old plantations. It is delicious enough to meet the standards of good living at the "Big House." It is dainty enough for milady's afternoon tea. It is appealing enough to turn the sinful, of any color, away from his neighbor's melon patch.

I really don’t know if I should smoke…

… but my brothers and my sweetheart smoke, and it does give me a lot of pleasure.
Women began to smoke, so they tell me, just about the time they began to vote, but that’s hardly a reason for women smoking. I guess I just like to smoke, that’s all.

It so happens that I smoke CHESTERFIELD. They seem to be milder and they have a very pleasing taste.

the Cigarette that Tastes Better

^yes back in the day, stupid ways of thinking, some of them are really offensive towards women, feminists wouldn't like any of that. Glad things are much better now although there's still a lot to do. And that one with the babies is pure racist!
