I just find it extremely rude how people share the contents of Rachel's PRIVATE, FRIENDS-ONLY livejournal. There's a reason why it's friggin private!

It used to be one of my regular daily reads until several people started leaking contents of it online... since then, her entries became very sparse, vague and she also censored herself.

She's a good writer and there are people out there who are genuinely interested in reading what she has to say and what she's up to... it's just sad that some individuals out there had to spoil it to the rest of us.

I agree 100%. She trusts people enough to add them and let them have a glimpse into her life, and counts on them not to manipulate that trust.
Some people always have to ruin things for other people.
I can understands why she hardly posts anymore. People can twist things, and post what she says all over the internet. I basically find it sickening.
It also makes me angry how her personal photos end up all over the net without her permission, even when it clearly states in her journal that if she adds people they are NOT supposed to take them...I guess the same thing goes for what she says.

It sucks. There will always be people like that out there.
It only makes the people who take the information look like idiots.

*well, i'm no world wide web expert but once you posts pictures you're not guaranteed it'll be private. so for that, you are taking a risk , same goes for what you write.

Sounds to me like she's just more of a writer than you are. It's not about sitting on your ****, it's about expressing yourself. Props to Rachel for having the guts.

That's exactly what I mean. You can also take pics with friends and they post it later, thinking there's nothing wromg with it. You can become famous and die, and your diary be auctioned off. If you don't want anyone to know anything, the best thing to do nowadays is keep it to yourself.
