It's okay...I'm a bit let down. Ralph is usually so elegant and beautiful. Maybe it's the denim that ruined things.

well it's a little too WASP-y for me (I can just see the pink and white floral dresses on Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl ) and it doesn't help that there's so much denim. The colors aren't for me either, then again my palette is more fall and winter so...

On one hand I love blue and I love denim. On the other hand, this is kinda boring. But it's typical RL. Classic and wearable. I think he's smart by focussing on the basic staple pieces that made him successful.

^ So Cecilia opened again...? The whole thing was just OK...Nothing really awful, but very few that were standouts... BUT, they will probably sell the hell out of the various basic pieces- I think Ralph has adjusted to a new, more 'down to earth' product for the times we are living in...

^Yeah exactly, thats what Im saying. By focussing on his staple pieces such as the suits and the dresses he's ensuring a really good turnout for the season. This is smart. ALTHOUGH I think he could have taken a bit more time withe details and another colour perhaps to make the collection look slightly more pleasing to the eye rather than looking so bland.

Ralph did only used a single palette, and that annoyed me to no end. But I love denim and newsboy-style, so :woo: for that section.
