Emanuel Ungaro, which parted ways with designer Peter Dundas in July, will forego the catwalk during Paris Fashion Week and has canceled its scheduled Oct. 4 outing. "As we await the appointment of a creative director, we decided not to have a runway show," Mounir Moufarrige, Ungaro's chief executive officer, said Thursday. He noted the spring collection will be designed by an in-house team and sold at its Avenue Montaigne salons Oct. 5 to 11.

This happened at the Tommy Hilfiger show...

Held at the Hammerstein Ballroom, Tommy's show always accommodates loads of international press. Only the large American mags were given first looks, solidifying V's european appeal, which was fine by me. I unfortunately witnessed Raquel having three inches accidentally cut off the back of her hair which came to my attention via a large gasp from her once she realized what had happened. What a class act she is. She was more concerned with putting the culprit at ease than she was the fact that she'd just received an unexpected trim. Snejana and I seemed more upset about it than she did
