Yahoo! : Do you think you are on the peak of your career
Raquel Zimmermann: (a few seconds of silence and wondering) I think so. I'm doing all the jobs I've dreamed of. I have a lot of contracts, I'm travelling the world. There's nothing better.

Y! : What are those jobs?
Raquel: I'm on US Vogue every month. I'm always working for Vogue Paris and W. I have contracts with Animale and Shiseido. On Milan Fashion Week, I'll walk exclusively for Gucci and for Chloé in Paris.

Y! : What's your outstanding characteristic on the runway?
Raquel: I like to feel the moment. I feel the music and I think that makes me have a different moment on the runway.

Y! : Do you think this characteristic is also in your personal life?
Raquel: I think so. I like to feel everybody's energy, all the moments of my life.

Y! : Has your biggest dream come true?
Raquel: Biggest dream? (seconds of silence). Not yet, but I won't tell you what it is. (laughs)

Y! : Why not?
Raquel: Because you can't tell it before it happens. The day it happens I'll tell everybody.

Y! : What dreams have you accomplished?
Raquel: I've always dreamt of travelling the world. Bali and Hawaii were special. I didn't go there to work, but it's amazing there.

Y! : When I walked in here, I smelled incense. Did you ask for it?
Raquel: I like things that make me feel good. I don't even know what is that smell. But it's good, I like it. What I really like is fig candle.

Y! : Do you fear anything?
Raquel: No. Fear is something I try not to feel. People fear the unknown. They end up affraid of death, for example. I'm not affraid of death. That is certain for everybody, it will happen one time or another. So I don't think of being affraid.

Y! : Not even a silly fear, like taking the airplane, for example?
Raquel: None at all!

Y! : Are you happy with the animale exclusivity? Don't you miss the rush between shows?
Raquel: I don't miss it anymore. It was a nice moment of my career. I liked walking five shows a day, but now everything's changed.

Y! : What tip would you give for models that are starting now?
Raquel: Be professional and don't give up, this job is hard. You go through a lot of tough times. But in the end it's all worth it. You can't forget that beauty comes from inside.

I loved that little interview. It showed how admirable Raquel is and how seriously she takes her career.
