I was able to make caps of the dress Rihanna wore on Le Grand Journal...

I'm hoping someone will at least recognize the top portion because it gets blurry when I try to get the full length. basically, its a short dress, kinda balloon bottom...its alot clearer in the video. She walks out the first 10 secs. Anyone can ID it?
