She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Catherine and Ellis Touchton and maternal grandmother, Toni Roberts.

Lydia attended Kenrose Elementary, Woodland Middle School, Ravenwood High School and was a 2017 graduate of Penn Foster Online High School. Lydia was pursuing her modeling career in New York City. She was signed with AMAX Talent/Creative in Nashville, MP Model Management in Chicago and State Management in New York. She was studying interior design in an online degree program. Lydia was intellectually curious; she challenged the status quo and fought for the underdog. She loved music and had a keen ear, she was a talented creative continuing to uncover her gifts. Her sense of humor typically resulted in the best cackle laugh. She was passionate about travel, the moon and stars, space, music, photography, hiking, black clothes, edgy jewelry, leather jackets, boots, the Lower East Side in Manhattan, her hometown, and conversation over coffee. She believed that every human being is created in the image of God and that love is the key to life contentment. She was a light to many in times of trial and had unsurpassed compassion.
