This is exactly how I imagined his collection to be like.....maybe a bit more wearable. I bought one of his tops in a sample sale and still can't figure out how to wear it....too many straps and arm holes!
i had to look at this for quite a while....and then re-look at it....
a few of the initial looks are just frightening... completely off the mark....
but there are some beautiful pieces in amongst this....
at least 6 or 7 individual pieces so far that i love.....
the color palette is magnificent....i am very drawn to the dark blues and the silvers and greys....
my favorite is the 3rd look in post 11....
that gorgeous layering....
the sequin detailing....
there are some beautiful tops and dresses....
very strong overall, actually...
i like this a lot....
I love it...one of the most anticipated collections from london for me...hasn't let me down...someone mentioned they had an item and still couldn't figure out a single way to wear it...that's the beauty of robert cary-williams...gives you plenty of options...the colour scheme may not be what's expected for spring...but then he tends to use that rusty colour in mainly all of his collections...so no surprise there...
best from london so far in my opinion...
I love that tie behind the knee...very cute-bondage...& the coat from post 11#
