Chic, there's no info yet on the start date for this project. He's attached to it but could probably start another film before this. The only thing that has me concerned is that I'm not familiar with the director. Apparently he did another war film that was received well. At least the source material is good and it's being adapted by a good scriptwriter. Cosmopolis looks like it's going to be a real trip!

Another new film for him!

Robert Pattinson has joined David Michod’s The Rover. Pattinson, best known for his Edward role in the Twilight franchise, will play the character of Reynolds in the film. The film in the near future as one man relentless pursues his men who stole his car through the wild and rough Australian outback. Guy Pearce will also star in The Rover. Tory Metzger and David Linde’s Lava Bear are producing the film. Pattinson is repped by WME, 3Arts, and Curtis Brown.

i'm not complaining, finally something, he got me worried there for a second! i love guy pearce, he's one hell of an actor! hope both of the movies turn well. cosmopolis clip looks weird and good. seems that his rigid acting works nicely with cronenberg's mood. we'll see...

anyhow, so they wrapped BD reshoots? good. the casual outfit seems okay from what i can see. i like that hoodie.

I know the Cannes Film Festival is from May 16th to May 27th but do we have a date for the Cosmopolis premiere?
