I was just coming to post this (I've done it in the Magazine thread).

I think it's real. It's all over IMDB, Lion_Lamb and his fan sites. It's a good cover.

He must have shaved his hair off right after the shoot.

That IS the cover!! wow I can't believe you got it!
I saw it at the GQ office....But I couldn't get it out!
I have a friend who interns there and the editor had a photocopy of the cover!
It's out in May =)
