Roberto Cavalli F/W 2005.06 Milan

After looking at the whole collection I gotta say, it was more covered up then usual which was a pleasent surprise.

heather looks so good in this show!!!!!!!!

but otherwise, the clothes are nothing special. I expected better from Mr. Cavalli.

Oh wait, no I didn't.

Touché! ;) :woot:

and a bad one at that...

The Gucci one kind of straddled the line between luxe and tacky...that line is a dot to this one.

I've seen the whole collection at www.style.com and I must say, that some pieces and ensembles are not bad at all....but then there's still those ugly poeces and ensembles that keep this from being a good collection.

Plus what does this mean, form Sarah Mower's review:

(Unless you count the poor girl felled mid-runway by a gold lamé train.)

So hit and miss...

I always love Cavalli's hippie vibe, and there are three outfits I absolutely adore there, but the rest is quite awful.

Ostriches world-wide would be quite dismayed.

Mr Dale, I'm guessing that a model tripped and fell on the hem of her dress....Ms. Mower just had to make it sound fancy.

I usually don't like roberto cavalli, but this collection is surprisingly good~

he's usually one of my favourite....except for the animal prints and fur...

for this season, i think he could have done better...but some of the pieces are really nice....
