Rochas F/W 2024.25 Paris

There is something charming about this, but it feels disjointed, like a random editorial more than a collection. Dior was on the moodboard I see.

Why it reminds me of backstage at Victoria's Secret?😂

this is trash but can we please stop screaming "DIOR" every time we see a slightly cinched suit jacket or coat lol
No, because the man originated very particular cut and a very particular jacket+skirt combo. He also made belted denim jackets for Été Couture 1969 collection, but we can also say parts of Loewe 2016 to ease your unnecessary hysteria and make your life better.

literally what are you rambling about

It's...fine I guess. Disappointing, especially after the work Dell'Acqua did here

The people at Interparfums are confused. They don’t know what to make of this brand. They had Dell Aqua but made nothing out of it.
I’m not sure Rochas parfums are that successful anyway (I would be surprised if they reach 100 millions in sales)…
Everything has to be redone!

I appreciate the “fur” suit in all of its unapologetic campiness. Reminds me of some of the so-bad-it’s-good clothes that Westwood used to do.

Rochas needs to be looked at from the ground up to really figure out what to do with it. Or closed if they keep doing things like this because it's a bit pointless.

Why does every brand need a big fuzzy, furry, fringed pump? Like get a clue.

The most confusing collection of the season. It's trying very hard to reference the brand's archives, but it had gone in such a bad way, with a mix of inspirations coming from Dell'Acqua, de Vilmorin, and Zanini's tenures. It sounds ok on paper, but those designers' visions were so different and, as a result, this collection is a mess.
