So then, I know alot of us pick up style cues from the runway and movie stars but what about musicians? Anyone influenced by their favorite musicians? I draw alot my style from Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, a dash of Courtney Love's Kinderwhore (pre 1998's Celebrity Skin ) Kurt Cobains layering and even the Strokes. I wouldn't call her my favourite musically wise, even though I like Blondie, but Debbie Harry always had a cool style. It's nice to see that she's still going stong, even if she doesn't like too hot these days... However...

Oh I love Brody. I wonder if she and Josh will ever marry...those would be some kick *** kids, haha. And as for Blondie, I saw he in the streets in NYC and at first I thought she was a homeless lady. But she still rocks my *** off..

i used to be VERY inspired by the pre-celebrity-skin courtney love when i was younger. i still am when i look at these old pictures but i don't tear my dresses anymore

patti smith definitely.

debbie harry also.

but i do take most of my inspiration from the rockstars of the nineteenth and early twentieth century now: poets and dancers....
