Rooney Mara

So much better than the Dior! (Which, by the way looks like a basic Lanvin outfit..)

on anyone else this dress would look weird, but she pulls it off with such grace it makes me like it :)

I wish she would wear other colors besides black and white more often. Although she never looks bad there's a sameness about her red carpet appearances now. There also has to be other hairstyles that flatter her besides the ponytail.

I find it interesting her Vogue cover story centered around her being this reluctant celebrity who is very very shy and has no interest in being a model celebrity. Fast foward a few months and she's co-chairing the Met Gala and now fronting a Calvin Klein campaign. She needs to just own her interest in fashion and not try to pretend to be above it because she's a "serious" actress or whatever.

Very accurateB)

This, exactly. Nothing to add.
The last dress was a great choice tough.

Nailed it, so true and well said.

I would have guessed that last dress to be one of the minimalists like Calvin Klein but, no, it's Vera Wang Fall 2013

i just saw side effects last night. it is now out on itunes here for a reduced sum.

didnt really like the movie - it reminded me of the neve campbell movie "wild things".

was that her real hair in the movie? i liked the piece-y look to it, almost alexa chung-like. very different that the severe look she wears on the red carpet.

I think it was wig/piece type situation. It definitely wasn't all hers,or even majority hers. She still had her cropped short do from GWTDT.

I actually really liked Side Effects though and her performance more than I thought I would. That movie made me say what I wasn't comfortable saying before: She's got decent acting chops. She did not impress me at all in GWTDT, although I know plenty of people loved it. Can't wait for Ain' Them Bodies Saints now.

I can sort of see the resemblance between her and her mom. Kate must look like their dad.
