The aspiring model seen frolicking with Naomi Campbell's ex-boyfriend has been fired by her management firm for 'unprofessional conduct' and an 'unacceptable work ethic'.

British supermodel Naomi, 42, mentored Luo Zilin, a former Miss Universe China, on her reality show The Face.
But MailOnline today revealed how Luo, 25 - also known as Zi Lin - is reportedly dating Naomi's former love, Russian billionaire Vladimir Doronin - with the couple seen passionately embracing on the Spanish party island of Ibiza.
And Neal Hamil, President, MIX Model Management NYC, confirmed that he ended the model's contract last week.

Mr Hamil said: 'Zi Lin's contract with MIX Model Management NYC was terminated last week due to ongoing unprofessional conduct and unacceptable work ethic.
Luo Zilin was seen sprawled on top of Vladimir as they enjoyed a sunshine break in Spain at the weekend.
And the couple were pictured sharing an intimate embrace.

A source said: 'It's fair to say that Luo and Vlad met through Naomi, it's really unprofessional of Luo and it's not great behavior on Vlad's behalf.'
Meanwhile, model Jocelyn Chew, who joined Luo Zilin on 'Team Naomi' on The Face, today tweeted her rage, saying: 'I'm completely shocked/disgusted W my 'teammate' Zilin. Never judge a book by it's cover. #truecolors love you @naomicampbell '

Naomi and Vladimir's relationship faltered as businessman Vladimir, 50, became a firm fixture on the New York social scene.

Last month, a New York source told MailOnline about Naomi and Vladimir: 'It’s incredible, they were talking about babies and marriage before Christmas and they were so in love, so it’s quite shocking that things have gone downhill so fast.
‘Vlad has always been quite serious and a hard-working businessman,' said the friend who went on to claim that the billionaire is still just as hard-working - but is 'enjoying the celebrity lifestyle' and being a part of the 'It Crowd'.
Luo, who stands at a statuesque six-feet-tall, was born in Shanghai, China, and was crowned Miss Universe China in 2011.

And yesterday, the statuesque model, who is often seen out on the town in trendy South Beach, added: ‘I will never understand why ppl be mad for no reason??? Can someone explain?'
Meanwhile, Naomi looked more than happy as she got to work alongside Erin O'Connor and Caroline Winberg in London last month, and after five years with Vladimir, the ‘split’ looked the furthest thing from her mind.
Page Six had reported: 'Naomi and Vlad have broken up, and he's been out partying in New York.'

One big family: Vladimir Doronin, his estranged wife, Ekaterina Doronin, his daughter Katia, turned up to support Naomi Campbell at her Fashion For Relief Haiti show in London in February 2010. Vladimir and Ekaterina have made no plans to divorce.

I was taken back by this news. But who's to say she didn't receive Naomi's blessing? It's not as if Vlad and Naomi are still dating, so it's not as if he's cheating. So in her Zi Lin's defense, it's not fair to make her out to be this backstabber. People should at least hear Naomi's side of the story, if she chooses to comment. With that said, I didn't see this coming.

Regarding Jocelyn's comment, it speaks more of her own true colors. Who is she to speak out publicly and be judgmental and calling someone disgusting?

My thoughts exactly, like who is she even to judge, is she even relevant? I don't see her popping up anywhere. Like Naomi and Vladimir haven't been together for a while and this is not the first model he's gone after. Hey, at least he has good taste.

I think in her mind she finds it too hard to build a modeling career at 25 in a new country, and with all the go-sees and non-paying jobs, there's nothing better that comes along than a billionaire. Obviously she and Vladimir met through Naomi and he got her contact information. Since Naomi and he broke up this is like revenge sex for him to get back to her, a betrayal.

This Chinese girl doesn't want to go back to China and wants the international life, when she was in the Miss Universe pageant she was caught sneaking into on of the male judges home late at night, so that doesn't surprise me now I see what she is - a gold digger and opportunist who can't wait to get out of China.

Even if she gets signed in the industry again, I don't think she wants to work that hard, so it's pointless and honestly she's too old. Vladimir will use her gash and get rid of her just watch and Naomi already has a target on her back.

I think it's such a shame. Whether or not if Zilin would have made it as a model is debatable. But to have had someone like Naomi support and believe in you in the modeling industry is so rare. Zilin is coming off as quite the opportunist. She bid the hand that fed her.

Naomi is staying very classy though.

Zilin is stupid she can get a very successful guy who's attractive in New York or anywhere else for that matter, without hurting Naomi's feelings. She never had to settle for a bum so why was she so thoughtless and greedy? Me thinks it's envy seeing what Naomi has and the things that Vlad has given her and that drove her to be reckless. What else can she do now her reputation has been damaged. I think it's more than Mix Models getting rid of her because of the relationship, probably that she wasn't keen on going to endless go-sees and finding it hard to pay for all expenses and not knowing where it's going to take her, therefore she didn't care anymore about nurturing her career.
