Considering the fact that Rosie's older sister went missing a few days ago (she turned up safe, no worries) but the person running her twitter seems to be acting just fine, I declare it a fake.

Not to mention all of her "personal" photos can be found on other peoples facebooks from years ago. She's definitely not real.
