WINDSOR, England - Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles were married Saturday in a modest civil ceremony at the 17th century Guildhall, and the second marriage for each was blessed by the Church of England as the royals knelt before Archbishop of Canterbury in a majestic ceremony beneath the soaring arches of the Gothic St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle

i dont get why she was wearing those twig things in her hair!?

although apart from that i really think that she didnt look bad at all. which i was kinda expecting.

hope they are happy together:flower:

I caught a part of the ceremony that was on the new. Charles and Camilla seemed happy enough, but most of all I thought they looked relieved it was over.

The Queen's a grim old bat. It's lucky none of the royals have botox or they'd look like corpses.

i thought she looked very elegant and stylish for a woman of her age & given the circumstances. I liked the hairpiece - its unusual looking & a breath of fresh air after all the tiara's etc. Credit to camilla when its due.

Her outfits were pretty good considering, except for the 2nd hat. She looked so nervous in the church. The only thing that irked me was some royal biographer constantly slagging Diana during the commentary. Bloody witch.

I actually really liked Camilla's second outfit, the first one was a bit boring though.
Did anyone see Zara Philips? :ninja:

The Queen looked good for her age, and that brooch is gorgeous.

I loved her outfits - very stylish and elegant. They suited her and her age, and were understated but still beautiful. She did an excellent job, IMO.

Yes I agree. And I thought It was brave of her that she wore white ^_^

I like her outfit. Not what I was expecting. What was the second outfit for?

The second one was for the blessing when the God Squad approved the marriage.

*Throws rice* Prince Charles is without a doubt the oddest looking man alive, and I say this with deep affection. He looks like her never quite advanced out of his dorkdom days in his teens.. Camilla looked nice and simple as she should have. I really dont like her, so I'm not going to say anything more about that. Im happy the two of them are happy I guess... But WILLIAM and HARRY! Somebody hit me!  These boys are just too fine to believe. I'm so hurt that Harry is dating the African version of Paris Hilton. :yuk:  Sighs...

OMG yes I saw zara's outfit! that was awful IMO, not at all flattering, at that hat was just

I thought camilla looked really good actually, I especially loved the slight train on the coat she wore to st.Georges, it was a nice nod toward a traditional wedding dress, i thought the headpiece suited her but I couldn't help but think of those greek leaf crown things.
I thought fergies girls looked good to, very smart and I loved one of their hat's.

Charles and Camilla both looked happy and relieved and even though I'm not a royalist I think it's good they're finally together and legit., it does no one any good to be bitter about the past. She was recieved better than I thought by the public, I think she's starting to grow on people.

No, it doesn't. I think some people should just give Camilla a break for once and let the whole Diana thing go. Yes Charles cheated on her with Camilla but Diana wasn't exactly faithful either. Besides they got divorced and that should've been the end of it really. Just because she died doesn't mean he can't be happy.
