I read this too. "Supposedly" Rachel is sick of how Ryan won't let her take very Hollywood roles (like big Blockbuster movies) because he is so un-Hollywood, and she feels like he is holding her back. Also, she was supposedly mad that he would only let her tell her family and friends about their engagement and was not allowed to make it public.

Honestly, I don't know where the tabs get this stuff from. I am going to assume that they are doing fine and dandy and are extremely happy....because that is what I want to believe!

I don't see what's the big deal with non-married celebs splitting I mean they're all young. There's nothing wrong with dating around a bit before old age. It's a part of life.

That is definitely true, and it is more mature for them to break-up if things aren't right than to get married for the heck of it. I just think that we as fans have our favorite couples that we like to see together. We may have absolutely no insight into what their relationships are truly like in real life, but we build them up in our minds. I think this is especially true for Rachel and Ryan because we saw them on screen in "The Notebook" and many people loved them together so much in that movie that seeing them really be a couple is fun! As I said though, we, however, have no clue what their relationships are really like.
