I emailed costumer services and asked how I could get a copy of the catalog in Australia... they asked for my name and address and sent it!
It has Elise on the cover and is the S/S 2004 collection. Inside is Elise & Luca Gadjus by Paolo Roversi, Jacquetta Wheeler and unknown by Corinne Day, Adina by Sheila Metzner, Linda V & Anouck by Fabio Chizzola, Mariacarla & Oluchi by Satoshi Saikusa and there is a mens section with Brad Kroenig by Dewey Nicks and Cristiano (?? from Dolce Gabbana ads) by Walter Chin.

I didn't order anything because I couldn't possibly afford it! It is a great catalog though, just like a magazine and quite large format
