S/S 2007 Ad Campaigns (please read post #1 before posting)

Still hate Emina for Bottega. She's just wrong for this season, she's too dark and edgy for how feminine the collection was. Blech. I'm interested in who the male model is for it.

And YAY FOR EKATERINA getting D&G. She's terribly underrated and it's good to see her start getting some bigger campaigns.

darla baker for guiseppe zanotti

Yippee! I love Darla... I might by the issue.

I've been very hesitant, because I don't want the people at Vogue to think that they should keep putting Angelina on the covers for sales. I figure if I can leave one issue on the shelf, I will contribute something. :ninja:

I agree. I feel that Inguna really embodied Bottega, and that Emina is too heavy of a pressence for the collection...if that makes sense.

Brittni + another model utm for Fornarina.
Saw it today inside italian glamour Jan issue.Scan on request.

I totally agree with this. The collection was the ultimate in femininity and it needs someone delicate and fragile, like Inguna...

Thankfully they removed boring Inguna from Bottega!
So happy for Emina, she's going to rock this season!

I agree Moofins and Miu_Miu. She was incredibly perfect for last season and if possible, even moreso for this one. I'm surprised she didn't end up getting it after opening it and walking it three times! Either way, I like Emina and think she'll be brill for JPG, but god, she is not right for this collection. I'm biased and wish Inguna still had it.

Maybe it'll be two girl! Haha!

The Ferretti/Georgia ad wasn't what I was expecting. I don't really like it. I think its the eyebrows...

Jules I agree. It has to do with the hairline (which seems to desolve into that bleached out hair), the angle of her face being so harshly angled down, and the brows being so harsh in comparison to the softness of everything else.

This ad doesn't sell her for me unfortunately.
