Newcomer Sarah Gullixson is a photographer’s dream. She has cascading red hair, ocean blue eyes, pouty lips and a full face of freckles. With natural brows that frame her face and a slender nose, Sarah Gullixson’s look is perfect for editorial work. Standing at 5′ 9” her frame is lanky but strong. This strength is shown in the poses throughout her portfolio. With head-on shots, over the shoulder glances and profile photographs, Sarah Gullixson proves she can work any angle. The balance of her soft features and intense stare give this young beauty the versatility that many girls trying to make it in the modeling industry lack.
Sarah Gullixson was scouted in her hometown of San Francisco in 2013, while she still sported braces. Soon after she signed with Stars Model Management and is currently on their New Faces Division. With nine years of theatre experience already under her belt before being discovered, transitioning into modeling seemed to come pretty easy for this vixen, who has clear confidence in front of the camera. This assurance in herself and her abilities will come in handy when she travels to key fashion cities next summer to undoubtedly impress agencies that could take her career to the next level.

MID: Tell us a little about yourself.
SG: I grew up doing theater so I incorporate it into my modeling. Every time I do a photo shoot I have the photographer give me a character and I will act as that character in front of the camera. I’m an Artist, so I like to create art when I’m shooting. I LOVE to draw and paint my feelings – It’s my outlet.

MID: What’s one snack you can’t go without?
SG: [laughs] Beef Jerky

MID: Favorite child hood cartoon (s)?
SG: Spongebob!

MID: Are your parents supportive of you modeling and what was it like when you told them you wanted to model?
SG: I am really lucky, they are really supportive. My dads really into art as well, so its fun for him to see the shoots I’ve done, because he also views it as an art.

MID: What are some activities that you do in your spare time?
SG: I dance ballet and run hurdles

MID: What is something people wouldn’t expect from you, outside modeling? (If any)
SG: I code in my free time, so I enjoy learning different code languages and seeing what I can create with them.
