Scoop. “We are looking to open in London and Europe within the next year-and-a-half,” co-owner Stefani Greenfield said Wednesday. Indeed, Greenfield was reached in Mykonos, Greece, where a hotel-based unit is also a possibility for Scoop, which will end this year with 13 locations.
