American model Sean Harju began his career back in 2007 making his catwalk debut in June of that year along with some other familiar faces including Tom Warren, Taylor Fuchs and Julien Sabaud.

Since then the adrenalin junkie with the baby blue eyes has shot for all the major mens mags including Arena Homme +, GQ, VMAN, Details, Numero Homme whilst staying a regular on the catwalk.

Sean’s first campaigns came thick and fast in SS08 for Diesel, H&M, Brooks Brothers and Dolce & Gabbana followed by Bottega Veneta (SS09), Ralph Lauren (SS10, FW10, SS11), Polo Ralph Lauren (FW10, FW11) MaxMara (SS11), Blanco (FW11) and Massimo Dutti (FW12).

What’s been your most lavish purchase?: Watches
Hobbies: I’m an adrenaline junkie. I love rock climbing, long boarding, mountain biking, and surfing. I like pretty much anything that can get my adrenaline pumping.
Fitness Regime: I like to change it up from circuit training, plyometrics yoga, and weightlifting. I’ve always wanted to try out Muay Thai.
What was the last movie you watched?: 300: Rise of an Empire, it was a spectacular movie.
What was the last track you listened to on your iPod?: Aaron Lewis, country boy- love that song.
Do you have any Guilty Pleasures?: I love sour candy!
What is your biggest fear?: Living an unfulfilled life.
What is your dream country to visit?: I’ve always wanted to go to Australia since I was a little kid.
If you were not modeling, what would you be doing?: Before I started modeling I got accepted into an Aeronautics school so I’d probably be an aeronautical engineer.
If you got to relive one day in your modeling career it would be…: That would be an H&M shoot I did about 4-5 years ago. Don’t exactly remember what island I was on but it was absolutely breathtaking.
If you could be on the cover of any magazine, it would be: GQ. I’ve always wanted to be on the cover of GQ.
What’s the funniest thing that has happened to you on a shoot?: I was on a trampoline in the tightest suit imaginable. I ended up ripping it all the way from the back to the front, everything was ripped… It was quite hilarious.
What was the last thing to make you cry?: I was at the funeral of my friend Charles DeVoe
What’s your favorite fashion city and why?: I know it’s probably the most American thing to say, but New York is my city! The energy, excitement, and the people. Everything about it is just extraordinary.
Who are your idols?: I just have one. It’s my dad. He’s the best man I know.
What was the last dream you remember?: I was skydiving from outer space with a T-Rex it was really really strange.
