After two days a searching I found a direct number for Vogues International Distribution/
Magazine Cafe. It is +011441895433722. It’s going for 19 pounds or 30 something US Dollars and they are only letting go of one issue at a time, they’ve been inundated with calls.

IT WORKS! I JUST ORDERED ONE. WARNING - They can't see the names of the model to identify the cover that you want (due to the polywrap), so you have to describe the model by the color of the hat or by the color of the Vogue header, otherwise it is random selection.

did you use a cell phone (with an international plan) or a landline phone when you called? also, how long were you on the phone for? i don't want to call internationally for a 30 minute wait, lol! thanks

No it was quick. It took about 5 minutes but it only took that long because my cell phone was breaking up and I had to identify Sessilee's cover. I have T-mobile and the rates aren't bad as I use it to call overseas whenever I need to. FYI, they don't take American Express so I used Visa.
