I adore her in print, she has the most incredible aura in print....I mean the Miesel shoot is on its way to become iconic. But on the runway not so much. I dont know what happens. But she does not work for me at all on the runway unless its a really masculine look like MJ. But with print she transforms and she can GIVE u feminine, butch, soft, hard, edgy, fierce, etc. Does anyone else feel this way.?

i understand what you mean. but what i have noticed is that a lot of times the lighting on some runways makes her look so much darker than she actually is. and then when they style her, they either pull her hair back or cover it up. which isn't a good look for her.

The only time a need for less surfaces is in the case of the Tyra Banks’ appearance in the Faena I Called Her Mahogany edit. Tyra’s plastic posing nearly ruins an otherwise appealing concept. The dynamic Sessilee Lopez outfoxes and outfierces her in every photograph. That said, how can the tale of Mahogany even be told without a representation of Anthony Perkins’ delightfully deranged Sean McAvoy?
