Shoe Size and High Heels

I'm pretty much an amateur when it comes to heel-wearing so I can't handle heels 4 inches or higher. I've tried on ones that are more than 4 inches and they looked ridiculous on me anyway. I have 5.5-6 feet, so my feet were almost vertical.
