Welsh Notting Hill star Rhys wore a trilby hat and skinny scarf while Sienna stood out from the crowd in a bright blue head scarf.

it is, she mentions on a interview that her 1st tattoo was a star on her belly that she got in NY when she was 18 and that the guy coughed when he was doing it so he had to fill it in the star. ( i might be telling something wrong but the big picture is there, if u want to see the interview somebody posted it a couple pages back)
