yes. i went to a sienna forum, and a lot of girls there were like, "i got most of the stuff sienna wears so i can look just like her." if they do it, so can she.
don't get me wrong. i think sienna is an alright actress and she does dress well. i am not trying to bash her, but i am pointing out what i see with my own two eyes.

I still think Kate and Sienna have a different style - Kates look is much more hard - edged and left-field.
If it wasn't for Sienna, the UK, high street would've been screwed last year - the ladylike trend wasn't casual enough for British Teenagers.
I work with a big High Street retailer on their accessories (not naming any names, here) , they admitted to me that anything that Sienna wears that they copy is big bucks for them.
Her style is easy to understand and wear, and not so cutting edge. I'd rather Sienna than Posh Spice every time. (She was the last UK mainstream trend setter).

I'd like to say that Kate moss didn't create the boho look .She doesn't own it. I'm a Kate Moss fan but she didn't create a look my mum used to dress like Kate Moss in the 60's, 70's^_^.

The fur gilet ect ... were initially wore by the likes of Anita Pallemberg and Marianne Faithfull (Kate once said she got her inspiration from them) or Julie Christie (Sienna's fashion icon). Sienna and Kate both get their look from this area. Only, as someone said, Kate is more sophisticated and more rock chick ,Sienna is more hippy.

I don't think sienna could ever look as good as kate. It's not only the fact that Kate dresses really well thats made her so poplular ,it is aswell that she has a really cool attitued to her that makes her a legend and quite francly sienna will never have that.
I think it's the fact that sienna is sooo copied that makes me dislike her more i am just so sick of seeing clones of her everywhere.

Everyone is copying someone, who cares? Do you guys really think Sienna is searching online or in old magazines to find Kate in different outfits that she can copy? Thats absurd.

Anyways, I think Sienna seems much more inspired by the 70s than Kate Moss.

True , Kate's way more beautiful than Sienna even if Sienna's pretty.
As for Kate being popular ... maybe with fashion people but for the mainstream I don't think that people really like her .
Unfortunatly Kate's mainly known for her style and "scandals". She's got a lot of bad press . Plus she's a semi retired model and people arent so interested in models. They clearly prefer actresses because they can relate to them more.

I went to London this summer (i'm french) and I understand what you say about Sienna being so copied ! There's so much clones of her !
Sienna has something appealing to the mainstream . The fact that people like her style so much can't be explained by saying "she's the poor man Kate Moss" There's definatly something about this chick.

Her style needs improvement but theres no denying she's got something.

Does anyone have any new candids of Sienna?

yeah lets get off the whole does she copy her or not and agree to disagree. That subject is so overdone is this thread, there's always someone who wants to bring it back.

For new candids, go to www.sienna-online.org but please don't take the candids and post them here as im not sure how they feel about people taking their photos. They seem to work quite hard to get them off sites which only sell to the press. There's the link, anyway.

iu just looked at those photos Impossible

i love that her dogs are fighting in the back of the first photo
she looks a lot like Julia S there too

There was an interesting article about the Sienna-Jude relationship in the Sun Herald (Sydney)

http://www.smh.com.au/news/People/Siennas-Jude-awakening/2005/01/02/1104601234400.html

Sienna's Jude awakening
A movie insider tells Jo Wiltshire how Sienna Miller won Jude Law on the set of Alfie.

Last Christmas, Jude Law arranged the first official meeting between his ex-wife, actress Sadie Frost, and his new girlfriend Sienna Miller, the trendy young starlet who was beginning to challenge supermodel Kate Moss as queen of the style pages.

Miller, 22, was the name on everyone's lips after she got together with Law during the remake of Alfie, in which they both star. But Frost, who had divorced Law, 31, three months earlier, had yet to pass judgement on her. Miller's hands shook as she held a glass of champagne. Frost, previously scathing of Miller, noticed the terrified demeanour, suddenly softened and declared a truce. Miller was officially OK.

But who was this hip boho chick who had sashayed into Law's life? Did she belong in his ultra-cool crowd? Or was she just a conventional, sweetly awe-struck girl with a dream?

She is, says an insider from Alfie, very much the latter. And, contrary to his Hollywood image, Law is also a bit of a misfit in Frost's party-loving north London set. In Miller he has the perfect partner for traditional domestic bliss.
"When they met on Alfie, Sienna gave Jude this bum-clenching speech about how he was an amazing actor and that she was honoured to be working with him," says the insider.

"At first I think Jude thought she was just making fun of him, but she wasn't."

Law's six-year marriage to Frost had been wildly unstable. Frost's arrest by Berlin police after being trapped in a lift allegedly while drunk made the headlines in 2000. Then there was the infamous incident in 2002 with Iris, one of the couple's three children, who accidentally swallowed part of an ecstasy tablet at a children's birthday party.

"Sadie constantly criticised Jude and made fun of him," says the insider. "He spent years thinking that he's not really that cool. Sienna's adoration was just what he needed."

In the past, Law has tried to pass himself off as south London street savvy with interviewers noting his slightly affected "mockney" accent. In fact, his parents are retired schoolteachers, who now live in France. Hardly the wrong side of the tracks. And he was named after Jude The Obscure, the Thomas Hardy novel, and not the Beatles song as he has claimed.

Miller was the calm after the storm; a star-struck girl who was an antidote to the sarcastic, caustic Frost. Soon, Miller was there to help look after his children, Rafferty, 7, Iris, 3, and Rudy, 1. She was also there to witness the high-octane doorstep rows as Frost and Law hammered out their divorce, then smooth his feathers and raise his profile again. They were soon being snapped all over the place - spoon-feeding each other ice-cream in New York, walking in the park with his children, kissing passionately at parties.

"Sienna, a bit like Jude himself, cultivates an image that isn't quite her," says the insider. "She's got this boho image, but she's actually homely. She's always got the washing on, and is always cleaning. She appears confident, but she's scared rigid of Sadie to the point of jumping if she sees her coming round the corner. She's not druggy in any way. Yes, she was carried out of a tent at Glastonbury because she got really drunk, but that's just because she can't take her drink."

Miller is the daughter of a wealthy investment banker called Ed and his artistic wife Jo, whose friends include Elton John and David Bowie. Born in New York, she was raised with her sister Savannah, now 25, in Chelsea, London. It was a liberal upbringing. "There was nothing to rebel against," she once said.

At 16, Miller was spotted by a London model agency and went on to work for several fashion houses. But her dream was to act, and at 18 she moved to New York and enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. Her first break was in the US sitcom Keen Eddie, and American critics described her as a "knockout blonde".

But in 2001 she was back in Britain, partying hard and having a fling with the then relatively unknown Orlando Bloom. She then started a two-year relationship with model David Neville. A role alongside Sheila Hancock and Timothy West in the BBC comedy drama Bedtime raised her profile.

But it was when Matthew Vaughn cast her in Layer Cake, to be released later in 2005, that she broke into film. That role led to Alfie.

For Law, the truth behind the image came as a bonus. He loves the effort she makes with his children. Says the insider: "The first time she met Rafferty, she did a real Mary Poppins number - kite flying, baking cakes. She even asked what the children liked and what they didn't like. She carefully planned it. She wanted to make a good impression. Jude was touched." From the start, he told Miller the children were his priority. She knew she had no chance with him unless she got on with the kids.

Law's parents are delighted he has met someone like Miller after years with Frost.

To the Primrose Hill crowd, Miller's staid side was apparent and it signalled that she didn't belong. Frost was condescending of her and the way she hung on to Law's every word, viewing her as a kind of "milksop version of a woman" compared to herself.

As the relationship progressed, Miller took on Law's paranoia about the press, refusing interviews.. Before she learnt to hold her tongue, Miller spoke with childlike awe of Law. "I still pinch myself when I wake up with him," she once said. "He's so gorgeous, you just can't control your feelings." It is the kind of thing that marks her as easy prey.

Law and Miller must realise that their coupling will not do them any harm in the career stakes. Miller sees herself and Law as a golden couple and one that would do well in Hollywood. Law has already established himself as a major player with films such as Road To Perdition and Cold Mountain, but he needs the glamorous partner to give him that touch of magic dust so essential in LA.

Miller, however, is said to give an average performance in Alfie but a good one in Layer Cake. A power coupling would give her the gravitas she needs to break through.

Says the insider: "He likes being part of a glamorous couple. He didn't end his relationship with Sadie to go rampaging from one woman to the next. But his relationship will never be the most important thing in his life - Jude is. But he wants to know it's sorted, another box ticked."

As for Miller's feelings about their future, it is thought that while she didn't have marriage and a rosy future in mind when she first met Law, she is now quite happy at the prospect.

Miller's not naughty, but nice. And if nice is what Law now wants, who needs cool anyway?

War of the waifs
Once a trendy but conventional girl in the mould of Elizabeth Hurley, Sienna Miller has become increasingly bohemian, a Kate Moss mark II. Whereas she used to be all designer garments and went everywhere with a £1000 ($2300) Balenciaga bag, suddenly she was all Afghan bits and pieces and hippy clothes.

"The whole thing about her looking like Kate is really funny and does annoy Kate Moss," says an insider from the set of Alfie. "Kate does think Sienna copies her bags, shoes, pulling two quite different pieces of clothing together. Moss made a 'That b*tch is wearing my shoes' comment over a pair of black Birkenstock sandals that she wore first and Sienna wore the next day.

"And bear in mind that Jude and Kate do not get on at all. Jude was supposed to be godfather to her daughter Lila Grace but she axed him. Kate says that Sienna never used to dress like that, but now it seems as though she's going through her back catalogue. Kate has moved away from that boho look because of it. She thinks Sienna is very plastic."

that article has made me FOND of sienna!! that girl has balls. i wouldn't want the responsibility of looking after somebody else's kids, or being with a man who's going through such a tough divorce. she must have a heart of gold
