There's a pretty derogatory article in the mail on sunday about sienna's antics at the vanity fair party with tara summers, her friend from home- (including tara sucking her toes and sienna falling all over sofas) apparently hollywood was not impressed, and the pics are going to be published in the new vanity fair. anyway, here's a pic from the daily mail website:

^It'll sell. It's a "scandal" - not even really a scandal, but they'll blow it up into a scandal. This is will be fun.

The thing is, she's been trying to be seen as a "real actress! I can really act!" but she can't...and then she goes to VANITY FAIR's party adn gets drunk and acts like a idiototic teen. Vanity Fair owns the pictures, why not use them to their advantage? She should've thought a little harder.

I have to agree, it's not very smart to behave that way on a Vanity Fair party with so many industry people around. But I wonder why they do a big story about that in the May issue when the party in question has been in early March? We have already seen many pictures of her from that event, granted not the drunk ones but this whole thing does look a bit tabloid-y to me as well.

Zoolander, you act like you were there. You loved how she "WENT CRAZY" at the last event when she was playing with a little kid. I don't see how anyone gets pleasure out of articles flipping stories around or making fun of celebrities.

I agree! Every time I see a new story come out (whether it's Sienna or any other celeb), I sit back and think "now how much of that is ACTUALLY true!" Sure, sometimes things turn out true, but for the most part it's just tabloid crap. I feel bad for celebs when people act like they know everything about them based solely on what they read in the tabloids, I'm sure a lot of them are great people outside of the few moments caught in the tabs or by paparazzi. What's the saying, don't judge a book by its cover?

And back on topic-ish, I haven't said it yet but I am so so so thrilled to see her hair long again! She looks like the old Sienna I've always adored. The short hair worked for a while, and she did some nice things with it (the black headband at the NY Casanova Premiere, for one), but I've always thought longer hair suited her. I'd love to see her with something in the middle, though, like shoulder length.

but Vanity Fair is not considered a tabloid (i would beg to differ though) and she been featured in it several times. I find it odd that they would publish negative pictures of her.

Hollywood is a fickle and conservative place- no matter what anyone thinks. So if she was acting that crazy at *the* industry event of the season, it is no good and could damage her career - i.e. Tara Reid

To act normal in Hollywood would be the death of you.
Look at Kate Moss as just one example but there are tons of people who do ridiculous things, Sienna is just being what they want - her publicity people probably love it.
